 Nano Milling has taken a quantum leap in performance as a result of innovative thinking by the R&D people at Hockmeyer Equipment.
The latest advance entails the use of porous polymer containment walls to separate media as small as .025 MM from the feedstock being processed. The rate of processing has improved dramatically as a result of the dramatic increase in open pass through area; up to 43% compared to 3% on screens. Patent Number 7,828,234 was issued November 9, 2010 and adds to the continuous improvements in HockmeyerÂ’s Immersion Mill Technology.
