Mill Options

This portable cart is specifically designed to allow easy disassembly of the HSD Immersion Mill when changing media, screens or pegs. The cart is built to operate interchangeably with Models HM/HCP-5 through HM/HCP-40 and is easy to move since it is mounted on casters. This also makes re-alignment of the machine uncomplicated.

The Hockmeyer Auto Process II system (APC II) consists of two main components; Explosion Proof (NEMA 7) Push button station located at the machine, and the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with support components in a general purpose (NEMA 1) cabinet connected to a NEMA 1 variable frequency drive (VFD) located in a safe, non-explosion proof, area. Your contractor in accordance with Hockmeyer provided schematics wires the two assemblies together on site.
