New HCPS Scraper Arm Mill

HOCKMEYER Equipment Corporation proudly introduces the new HCPS Immersion Mill Design featuring the addition of an upper auger and interchangeable scraper blades. The "S" series is designed for processing high viscosity and/or highly thixotropic products up to 400,000 cps!

Machine Features

• Interchangeable sidewall scraper and anchor helix
• Sidewall scraper features a single rod connected to a concentric hub that rotates around the mill assembly and is equipped with a continous row of teflon scrapers
• Helical design with one riser and bottom leg to scrape both the                                                           sidewall and bottom of tank while circulating product up the riser toward the top of the tank
• The HCPS is also fitted with an auger extending out of it’s upper draft tube. This enables the mill to pull material above the upper draft tube and feed it into the media field below for grinding.
• Mill can be operated without scraper arm as a standard HM/HCP
• Heat transfer is improved dramatically on products that would be almost non-flowable without the use of supplemental agitation
• One step process means easier cleaning and less labor
• Closed system eliminates VOC emissions
• Requires minimal operator interface
